SHIPPING & DELAYS

 

Orders are processed and received 5-7 business days sometimes sooner. Typically, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, all customers will receive a tracking number and can see any updates within 24 hours. During huge sales it can take up to 10 business days (International orders 14 business days) depending on the capacity of sales. K-Vani Smiles LLC ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on holidays and weekends. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not beginning processing until Monday.

All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.

Orders will be verified before shipping. Orders where the billing addresses are different from the shipping address may be interrogated to security checks in which can delay your order. With Pay Pal we recommend customers ship to address that is confirmed on Pay Pal account. We are asking that you please use the same billing address for your shipping address. PayPal is the best and safest way to use a different shipping address from your billing address. K-Vani Smiles LLC is not in any circumstances liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, natural disasters, holidays or carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website once verified.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is one of the top causes of shipping delays. When ordering, please guarantee all delivery information is complete and correct to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment payment.

International Orders

K-Vani Smiles LLC website includes products purchased as well as shipping. Pricing does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees of any sort. International orders may possible be subjected to custom and duty charges. Please understand K-Vani Smiles LLC cannot do anything about this matter. This is relating to your country rules and regulations.

Please keep in mind that international customers are responsible for any fees such as import duties, customs, and local taxes that may require delivery to your country. Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country, so we recommend contacting your country’s customs department for estimated rates. K-Vani Smiles LLC will not pay those fees.

International shipping is 7-12 business days via USPS. International orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery. However, shipping delays may happen due Customs Clearance. K-Vani Smiles LLC is not responsible for shipping delays due to Customs Clearance of any sort.

After placing any order on our website, you will receive a tracking number once package is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress and destination of your order. Allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number to track your order.

RETURN POLICY

K-Vani Smiles LLC strives to give you great quality hair extensions for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our hair and customer service.

There is absolutely no returns and exchange. It is against federal law to resell used gels. We cannot accept any products that was used or left its original pack or state.

If for some reason you were sent an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of date receiving the product. After we have confirmed that in fact an error has occurred, we will then ask of you to ship the product back at no cost to you. Please make sure that we have confirmed the error before sending the product back.

To be eligible for an exchange of an incorrect product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete any change in order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you entered the incorrect mailing address, the customer would have to pay an additional shipping fee for any returned items.

We only replace items that we sent to you damaged or defective.

Orders subject to verification may require supporting documentation before the order has shipped. K-Vani Smiles LLC strives to make the best experience with our company and the customer. We process orders as soon as they come in, so we CANNOT alter orders once placed. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we cannot fulfill this refund. If the order was cancelled immediately, we will gladly refund you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to accept orders that we do not feel fit our terms and conditions for example:
